Aluminium Backplanes General Features:
- Various Slot Configurations and Connector Patterns
- Base Plates are .080" thick Aluminum per 6061
- Standard Finish: Chem. Film per Mil-C-5541 (Clear or Yellow)
- Contacts, Insulators and Bushings in accordance with Mil-C-28754 - LCR is on the QPL for these contacts
- Female Tuning Fork, Male Blade, Feed-Thru and Feed-To in various lengths, sizes and finishes
- Insulator Bushings in various sizes and colors
- Automatic contact insertion equipment
- Backplanes are Assembled and Inspected to Mil-A-28754
- Laminated Plates for Voltage and Ground Distribution
- Insulated Voltage Bus Bars in Various Configurations
- Total Wire Wrap Capability to Mil-Std-1130 (Automatic, Semi-Automatic and Hand Wrap)
- Silk Screening as required
- Automatic Opens and Shorts Testing
